YACHT CHARTER GUIDE

Cuba is a tropical paradise. It is the largest and yet least known island in the Caribbean. Cuba offers cruising in beautiful and clear blue waters, wonderful beaches, isolated island getaways and wonderful people. It has many unspoiled reefs that team with colorful fish that makes its waters perfect for scuba divers.

Climate It has a moderate subtropical climate with two seasons: from November to April is the dry season, where temperatures are cooler; with average maximum temperatures ranging from 21ºC to 28ºC and average minimum temperatures varying between 18ºC and 24ºC. During the summer months the temperature tends to be around 30ºC with higher humidity and frequent rainfall.

Best time to charter In Cuba, is undoubtedly the dry season from November to May, which is also the high tourist season. In Cuba we can only offer bareboat catamarans or monohulls from Cienfuegos.

CIENFUEGOS

The Pearl of the South

Nicknamed as the Pearl of the South, Cienfuegos is a vibrant city with a privileged location and a rich architectural heritage. The center of the city is a Unesco World Heritage Site for the quality of its historical building.  The Tomás Terry Theatre and the Palacio de Valle are among the most famous monuments in Cuba and worth a visit.

Departing from Cienfuegos to the east, you reach Trinidad and from there the Jardines de la Reina, a unique archipelago of virgin islands and cays. Cayo Largo, Isla de la Juventud and the area around the Bay of Pigs and Playa Girón, are also part of the beautiful sailing itinerary.
